Which products are eligible for return?
Smartliners pads can be conditionally returned for up to 60 days from purchase date if there is a defect in our product. We cannot guarantee a full refund on pads that have been washed or used so please try one menstrual pad, or liner, to be sure they work for you before washing all items in your order.
How do I return an item?
Refund to Original Payment Method
Return eligible products for a refund back to the Credit Card or Stripe account used to make your original purchase.
You will receive instructions via email once your return request has been approved. Your refund will be issued when our customer service team receives your return package at Smartliners Distribution.
Items that are returned from within Canada may take up to 2-3 weeks from the date products were mailed back to us to be processed. All International Orders (excluding Canada) are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to the shipping expense and labor involved.

Returns of Products Purchased from Stores or Other Online Retailers
If you purchased Smartliners from a store or another online retailer and you want a refund, you must take your receipt and your packaging to the store where you purchased it for a refund. Please do not take used products for a return.

This warranty covers any defects in your Smartliner products.
What Will Smartliners Do?
Smartliners will gladly replace any item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to you.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Any problem that is caused by acts outside of our control . This warranty also does not include staining, discoloration, fading, or any other changes that does not affect the usage of the product or any change that has resulted from the use of household bleach, harsh cleansing agents.
Please email a detailed description and photos if available of the suspected defect to us at Smartliners. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer. Items purchased from Unauthorized Dealers are not covered under this warranty. We will respond to your request within 7 business days.
